Yogurt Bark with Pumpkin Flavor

Pumpkin Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 2 Tbsp Walden Farms® Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, pumpkin puree, syrup, and cinnamon until well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking pan or cutting board.
  3. Sprinkle the top with pecans and pumpkin seeds.
  4. Place the pan in the freezer and allow it to freeze for 2-3 hours or until fully set.
  5. Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces and enjoy!
