
Pumpkin Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 2 Tbsp Walden Farms® Syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, pumpkin puree, syrup, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking pan or cutting board.
- Sprinkle the top with pecans and pumpkin seeds.
- Place the pan in the freezer and allow it to freeze for 2-3 hours or until fully set.
- Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces and enjoy!
